Land of Smiles

Yeah will be leaving for the "Land of Smiles", used to be "Siam" and now Thailand in 6 days time.

With all the tense political situation and civil unrest, I wonder whether is it still safe for us to venture deep in. Actually I am prepared for the last minute call off due to Mr Thaksin's visit. Whatever it may be, lets just hope for the best!

Previously Dad "accidentally bought a Ipod Photo during the Courts Sale. But I wanted a Ipod Video, so i tried to sell or auction it away. Apparently everyone else think the same too, not even a single soul bid for it!!!! So after weeks of auction failure, I decided to use it for myself. It is actually a good mp3 player (other than the lack of video viewing) and it comes with a lot of accessories compared to the Ipod Video. Even the firewire cable is included! Well a blessing in disguise hur? Thanks Dad!

Life in AFS has been slow and peaceful. (other than the IT mess for me to clear up) I am able to find time for the gym, pool and track. Gonna live the healthy lifestyle AGAIN! And the best of all.. more time for my family =)

Now will be counting down to UK. Lets hope Oct'07 comes quickly!

Happy Birthday Joseph! Happy Birthday Yirong!

Joseph is 1 Jan while Yirong is 2 Jan. Haha bet Joseph had a great time with his girlfriend. Definitely one of the best officer I've seen, excellent staff work and knowledge! (must impart some of that to me k). Haven't seen Yirong for very a long time, I believe since sec 4? That will be 4 years ago! Stay Happy Always ok?

Celebrated Shimon's birthday (31 Dec) together with the countdown to Year 2007 at Pan Pac hotel. Well i believe you will think it is weird to have a hotel room full of guys, but those who have been through NS will understand the fun! haha all celebrating and drinking red wine, while admiring the spectacular fireworks. And the best part was... I was able to watch the fireworks without having to squeeze and push through the crowd. No sweat and heat around me. Just me, my friends and the fireworks.

Now we are already contemplating on the next booking of hotel to view the next fireworks at NDP 07. This time will definitely book Oriental Hotel and invite more ppl to come! And of course our next overseas trip after Koh Samui. Guys should we go Taiwan? =)

New Year's Eve was great but New Year Day was crappy at first... Cause I was scheduled to do duty! I was grumbling for 2 days at my S1 for his planning and mistake! But I finally realised the duty on New Year Day was no accident. So many wonderful things happened to my spiritual self. I felt so enriched and calm after the whole day of soul searching. Thanks God.. for all the arrangement you have done to start off my new year. Indeed, it will be a victorious year ahead!

And Steps just sent me her wishlist for birthday... which is like 7 months from now? Oh man.. I'm not really into presents leh? haha we'll see whether the miracle will happen on 4th of Aug. (but jimmy choo's shoes are definitely beyond miracle!!!)

Oh finally, Dj is back at Perth now. Hope he gets whatever he wants out of the Pilot training. All the best my bro! and Congrats on Mj too! You are really damn capable in that field of expertise.
